Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✔️ Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
✔️ The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
✔️ Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
✔️ Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status:

✅ If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
❌ Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

📍 Pakistan Customers: Return shipping must be arranged by the buyer.
🌎 Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK, US Customers: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our end.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
